Signing up is free, using the app is free, and there's no commission on the jobs you do. Customers pay you directly, so the money never passes through us.
Later: a small fee, never a big cut. Once jobs are flowing, we'll add a small fee on each job, shared by the homeowner and the pro so neither carries it alone, and far less than other yard apps take. We'll tell you at least 30 days before it starts, and it never applies to a job booked before then.
When the job's done, the customer pays you directly with a method you accept. You choose which ones when you sign up.
If you take cards, your card processor (Square, PayPal, Stripe and the like) charges its own fees on those payments, and payment apps can charge fees on business payments. Those fees go to them under your account with them. YardWork never touches the money, so it takes nothing.
The customer has already described the job, sent photos and agreed to a price range before you ever see it.
Each tap moves the customer's tracker, so they can see where things stand without texting you to ask.
Take a job that fits and pick a day inside the customer's window. Their app shows the day and who's coming.
Let them know you're headed over.
Confirm a price inside the customer's range. Bigger job? Propose a new one; above the cap takes their OK.
Snap an after photo. The customer gets your final price.
The customer pays you directly once the work is done. We take no cut. Customers who liked your work can book you again. You see their job first.
Once a job's paid, the customer's app offers "Book Dana again" with your name in place of Dana. The job, photos and address come back filled in, and they can pick a week up to 30 days out.
We don't promise a number of jobs. Whether they come back is up to your work; the app makes it easy for them when they do.
Wet, matted leaves under the deck. A "small" bed that's really three. It happens.
Above the $160 cap. The customer must approve.
Send to customerJobs start in Collierville and Germantown (38017, 38138 and 38139), so that's where the first jobs are. Sign up from anywhere in the metro and tell us where you'll go: you'll only see jobs inside your area, as booking opens there, so there's no cross-town driving unless you want it.
Pick the exact ZIP codes around your shop or your regular route.
Add a city and you'll see jobs in every ZIP in it.
Take jobs anywhere in the metro, across all three states, as booking opens there.
One-time jobs homeowners book on the spot. Offer the services you do and leave out the rest. Every service has standard rates by yard size, extras and how soon the customer needs it. Below: a medium yard with flexible timing (within 7 days), before extras like haul-away. Rush jobs pay more.
Collierville and Germantown first: ZIPs 38017, 38138 and 38139. Booking opens there first, so pros who work there see jobs first. The rest of the Memphis metro (Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties in Tennessee, DeSoto and nearby counties in Mississippi, and Crittenden County in Arkansas) opens later, and you can sign up from anywhere in it now.
Nothing while we launch. There's no commission, no per-job fee, no signup fee and no subscription. Later we'll add a small fee per job, shared by the homeowner and you, and far less than other yard apps take; you'll hear at least 30 days before it starts. Customers pay you directly, so we never touch the money. If you take cards, your card processor (Square, PayPal, Stripe and so on) charges its own fees on those payments, and payment apps can charge fees on business payments. Those go to them, not to us.
There's no fee hiding anywhere: while we launch it's nothing when you sign up, nothing per job, nothing per month, nothing off the top. When the small fee comes, it'll be on this page and in the app at least 30 days before it starts, never added to a job you already booked. Until then you keep everything the customer pays you, apart from whatever your own card processor or payment app charges under your account. You don't have to take any job you're offered, and you choose where you work.
No. You see the photos, details and price before you accept, and you can decline any job, including one a customer booked you for. Set the days you work and how many jobs a day you take, and you're only recommended on days you're free.
You go straight to the YardWork app to check your answers. We email you a code to confirm the address is yours, then you tap Join as a pro. There’s no approval wait. Add your services and how customers pay you, and you can take jobs. You can be recommended to customers for your services in your area, and see jobs there as booking opens. Jobs start in Collierville and Germantown.
When a homeowner books, MyYardPro recommends one pro who covers their ZIP and does that job: first by the earliest day they can come, then by their reviews. New pros get some recommendations too, so you're not stuck behind pros with years of reviews. The customer sees your name, stars and the day, and books you or asks for someone else. Your reviews show on your public page with each reviewer's first name and the month. You still confirm each job, can decline any of them, and set the days you work and how many jobs a day you take.
Report it on the job as "Couldn't get in". Then text the customer about getting in, and either pick another day to come back (later the same day, within their window, or up to 7 days after the first day) or hand the job back to other pros. The customer's job page shows the new day, and they can call or text you, add a gate code, or cancel with nothing owed. It's on MyYardPro's team list too.
Every service has standard rates by yard size, extras like haul-away, and how soon the customer needs it. Rush jobs pay more. You see the range and the cap before you accept, confirm a price inside the range when you start, and can propose a new price with a reason if the job turns out bigger.
No. For mulch jobs the customer supplies the mulch. You bring the labor and the equipment.
Directly, by the customer, once the job's done. After you join you tell us how you take payment: cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, card, or any mix. There's no payout from us to wait for, because the money never passes through us.
Homeowners who book through MyYardPro. They see the same price range and cap you do before they book.
Yard work comes first. Pressure washing is next, then car detailing, then licensed trades like plumbing, electrical and HVAC, each with the same app, the same honest prices and the same small fees. If you already offer one of them, add it under Other services when you set up in the app, so we know to tell you when its jobs open. See what's coming on the About page.
Tell us about you and where you work. About 2 minutes, with no approval wait. Then add your services and how customers pay you in the app.
